I also have to remind myself that if I don&#039;t have the time/energy for a full hour [or even a half-hour] of exercise, it DOES NOT mean I shouldn&#039;t just do 10 or 20 minutes. Activity is not an all-or-nothing situation. Even 20 half-assed minutes of walking is better than nothing at all.</description>

		<description>For me it&#039;s not so much of a New Year&#039;s Resolution, but a new life resolution. I am with you on the physical activity, and I&#039;ve realized that when I say I will go to the gym after work I rarely do. (I&#039;m tired, hungry, lazy, etc.) So today was the first day since like ... freshman year yoga class with Niki, that I actually woke up before work and went to the gym! I want to do it four days a week and my goal is 45 minutes a day.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;So here&#039;s to day one! I realize that everything in life is a one day at a time kind of thing, but I figure this has to be a one day at a time commitment for a long long time.</description>

		<description>Yep! I&#039;m going to a class tonight! The studio I&#039;ve been going to is really expensive (awesome, but expensive), so for now I&#039;m just sticking to one class a week. Which just means I&#039;ll need to be more creative about ways to get moving!! :)</description>
