Sick - Like you, I figure if I&#039;m too sick to ride, I shouldn&#039;t be at work anyhow.

The HEAT - Yeah, commuting in this heat can be challenging if you don&#039;t want to sweat.  Even if your ride is short and you take it easy, it&#039;s hard not to get a little sweaty.  Riding HOME in the hot summer heat can get really hot, but at least there&#039;s a shower waiting for you.  I bring shorts for the ride home.

Bad Weather - December and January are definitely challenging.  The special gear required to make it through the wintry months may be a turn-off to some.  Lights, snow gear, studded snow tires, etc.  It&#039;s actually pretty comfortable during the other cool months though, as you really only need a windbreaker to stay warm.  You generate quite a bit of heat riding.

It all boils down to how much you want to ride, and how much you hate driving!</description>
